Requirements:

Mergermarket is seeking a financial reporter to be based in Singapore. The candidate will cover the South East Asian market and should preferably have 1-2 years reporting experience. A Degree in journalism is preferred but not required.

The candidate must be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia and be able to write articles in English. Proficiencies in other SEA languages such as Thai or Vietnamese would be an advantage. The reporter will interview bankers, lawyers and senior company executives and report on M&A related events.
