Marketing Manager (Placing in Korea) (Korea) Responsibilities:
- Job Description
- The incumbent will relocate to Seoul, South Korea and complete mandatory training (1~3 months) at Daewoong’s corporate headquarters.
- The incumbent will work together with the headquarters' marketing and sales departments to gain expertise on company products, to learn how they are marketed and sold, and to understand current company policies and programs for individual products.
- The incumbent will design and develop specific goals, marketing strategies, and action plans to be implemented in his or her country’s local market.
- The incumbent will prepare materials to be used for implementation for local marketing activities.
- After training, the incumbent will implement and evaluate their local marketing and sales plans at his or her designated branch office and market.
- If needed, training at the Seoul headquarters can be extended or repeated.
Requirements: - Licensed medical doctor or pharmacist. Candidates with at least five years proven marketing experience are exempted from the license requirement.
- Three years or more proven marketing experience; additional experience in sales a plus.
- Evidence of successful product marketing experience. Presentation material supporting successful experience must be submitted with resume.
- Experience in establishing and managing business networks with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Preferences
- An MBA or advanced degree is preferred with aforementioned qualifications.
